Behind the Work

I'm Teddy, a marketing operator based in Southern California who builds systems, not just campaigns.

Most recently I served as Head of Operations at Jellocat, a marketing agency serving healthcare and home service businesses, where I ran sales, strategy, client acquisition, and content direction.

Before Jellocat, I worked in marketing roles with Ballislife and The Jade Jewelers, gaining hands-on experience across email marketing, CRM, and paid platforms including Klaviyo, HubSpot, Instantly.ai, and GoHighLevel. That range across industries, from sports media to ecommerce to agency work, shaped how I approach marketing: less about one channel or one playbook, more about building the right system for the business in front of me.

I hold a B.S. in Business Marketing from Cal State Long Beach, where I built the foundation for how I think about strategy and consumer behavior. I'm also an Eagle Scout, a distinction that still shapes how I approach discipline and follow-through in my work.

I'm now looking for a full-time marketing operations role where I can bring that same systems-building approach to an established team.
